Pet Taxi Services & Rates
Does your pet need a ride? If you’re really busy or you have to work, the Preferred Pet Services Pet Taxi can give your pet a ride to get them to their appointment safe and on time. Pets ride first class with our pet taxi service. Wherever your pet needs to go, our pet taxi service will provide private transportation in an air-conditioned or heated vehicle that is well maintained and fully insured. We can drop pets off or we can wait for them until they are ready to return home. Perfect for those needing a ride to day camp, boarding, vet, or groomers.

Per Trip ……………. $25
One way up to 5 miles.

Per Mile Fee ……………… $1
Any trip over 5 miles will incur a $1 per mile fee.

Wait Charge Per 15 Minutes ……………… $10
If you want us to wait for your pet, a wait charge of $10 per 15 minutes will be incurred.

Our standard rates always include one pet per household.

Late/early pick-up/drop-off surcharge ……………. $5
A surcharge for pick-ups/drop-offs scheduled before 7:00am /after 7:00pm.

Rush Rate ……………. $10
Our rush rate applies to requests for service on the same day. If we are able to accommodate your same day, the Rush rate will be added to the service you requested.

Holiday surcharge ……………. $10
Holiday surcharge will apply on the following dates: New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Easter Weekend (Sat. and Sun.), Memorial Day Weekend (Sat, Sun, Mon), Independence Day, Labor Day Weekend (Sat, Sun, Mon),Thanksgiving (Wed, Thurs, Fri), December 24, 25.
